We are proud to offer our new range of aluminium HD V-Band clamps are modular, flexible connectors ideal for all types of applications including turbo piping, intercooler piping, cold air intakes and custom applications.
Made using T6 tempered 6061 aluminium that has been treated to provide the maximum precipitation hardening (and therefore maximum yield strength) for a 6061 aluminium alloy available. Secured using fasteners made from SS201 stainless steel, which due to their addition of nitrogen, they possess approximately 50% higher yield strength than 300-series (304/316) stainless steel.
When welded into pipework our clamps allow for a strong solid connection unrivalled by silicone connectors with a jubilee clamps that are prone to blowing off with high boost applications, with dual O-ring seals and steel fasteners these clamps have been tested to to withstand in excess of 200psi!
